What to include in your message
The more detail you include, the faster we can help. Here's what's most useful when reporting a bug or issue:
- Device type — e.g. iPhone 14, iPhone SE
- iOS version — found in Settings → General → About
- What happened — describe what you did and what went wrong
- What you expected — what did you think should happen?
- Screenshots — if the issue is visual, a screenshot helps a lot
- Steps to reproduce — can you make it happen again? How?
Quick fix tip: If the app is behaving unexpectedly, try a full close and reopen first. Pull up from the bottom of your screen, swipe Tank Care Buddy away, then reopen it. Most minor glitches clear up on a fresh launch.
Response time
We aim to respond to all support emails within 1–2 business days. During busy periods it may take a little longer. We read every message.
Feature requests
Have an idea for something you'd like to see in Tank Care Buddy? Email us with "Feature request:" at the start of the subject line. We log every suggestion and review them when planning updates.
